Do I need to know HTML or have a developer?
No. Everything in the editor works through clicks and form fields. The whole point of Templiyo is that you don't open an HTML file.
How is my Zoho data handled?
Templiyo connects through Zoho's official OAuth flow. We pull each document on demand only when you click Print, render the PDF, and then drop it. You can disconnect from Zoho any time inside the app, which immediately revokes access.
Does Templiyo store my Zoho data?
No. Your documents, customer details, and line items live in your Zoho Books account. We never copy them to our database. When you click Print, we fetch the document from Zoho, render the PDF, and discard the data right after.
Can I undo changes to a template?
Yes. Every change is stored as a layer on top of the original gallery template, so you can revert anything (or roll back to the original) at any time.
What countries does Templiyo support today?
Today, Templiyo is optimized for businesses billing from Saudi Arabia, with bilingual layouts and the field structures Saudi documents typically need. We're rolling out support for more countries, region by region. Drop us a note on the contact form to tell us where you bill from, and we'll prioritize accordingly.
Will Templiyo break the next time Zoho updates Zoho Books?
No. Templiyo connects to Zoho's official API, not to Zoho's HTML or template engine. When Zoho ships an update, your customized templates keep working.
What if I cancel?
You can cancel any time inside the app. You keep access until the end of your billing period. We don't lock you in, and there's no cancellation fee.
Does Templiyo work with Zoho Invoice or Zoho CRM?
Templiyo works with Zoho Books today, with templates for invoices, quotes, sales orders, credit notes, delivery challans, and purchase orders, and more document types on the roadmap. Zoho Invoice and Zoho CRM aren't supported yet, but they're on our list.
